WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Net 30 terms may be available after credit approval. Initial orders require a credit card payment. Please email info@binding101.com for a credit application.
WILL YOU SHIP TO CANADA?
Yes, IndexTabs101 will gladly ship orders to Canada with no additional requirements. Orders shipping to other countries require a minimum order of $500.00 and payment via wire transfer. Be advised that orders shipping outside the Continental US may be assessed a tax or duty by the country accepting the package(s). Taxes, duties, and/or brokerage fees are to be paid directly by the customer and are not refundable under any circumstances. IndexTabs101 is not responsible for any of these charges.
